I need to build an integrated website that has the following features: (1) Classifieds - Sellers should be able to post ads and pay using PayPal - Admin should be able to set price and terms for different types of ads - Sellers and admin should be able to manage and edit ads - Users should be able to contact seller, save ads as favourites, etc. (2) Events calendar - Admin should be able to post events in the calendar - Users should be able to filter/search events by category and date, and save ads as favourites (3) Discussion forum - Users who have logged in should be able to post in discussion forum - Admin should be able to manage forum (4) Blog - Admin should be able to post blog articles by category - Users should be able to save ads as favourites (5) Contact form Users should have a seamless experience on the website. For example, if a user logs into their account, they should be able to see all of the classified ads, events and blog articles they have saved as favourites. The website shouldn't feel like different components have just been stuck together. I am open to suggestions on how the website should be built. However, the website needs to meet the following conditions: - Look great, including on mobile devices - Easy to manage/ maintain - Secure - Scalable (I want to be able to add a more features/ functions later on) - SEO-friendly Only bids which explain how you intend to build the website will be considered, so please be specific (e.g. programming language, framework, etc.).
