Build a Website

Hello, I want a site similar to fasthomeoffercom except I want it built in wordpress. Also on the reference site it has a tab “sell a house” instead of using those questions on this reference site page I want to use the questions listed in the attachment (sell home form). You do not need to add the pages from the reference site such as “buy a house” “about us” “resources” “Questions” “news” “investors” Since it is a Wordpress site I will add those pages myself. I just need a basic clean site to get me started and the “sell a house” tab with a working form that can be submitted to my email address. Ask ALL questions PRIOR to bidding otherwise I will assume you understand the project. It is a simple task/project and I will have others to complete. I do not have a very large budget for this project but have others coming up soon that have much larger budgets. I will escrow the full amount and release once completed and inspected on my server. I will need 30 day support for any bug issues. I think $200-250.00 would be fair to build this site. Thank you for taking the time to view my project.
