Project in two part : PART ONE : It's a single page with content from file "Site [login to view URL]". A banner must be created for the header of the page. More details will be provided to selected freelancer. Look must be professional and respect style from other already published pages. PART TWO : A form must be created (see [login to view URL]) Entries must be save in a mysql database and a nice email (containing everything on the form) generated and sent to me. If you don't know php or mysql (or how to do this) you may still bid. It's not the important part (I can do that myself). The important point is that this must be elegant and professional. I want to say that it's one of the most beautiful form I seen. If you know how to do nice and beautiful CSS and HTML, this work may be for you. Please, write this sentence when you bid : "I've read project description". Forgive my poor english, my first language is french.
