Build a Website

We are in the process of creating a web application. The application will allow users to create/login to their account, upload files to the server which will be processed by the server in various ways. Also to go along with the web app we would like to develop an Android app. The android app should have most of the functionality in the web app but simplified with a sleek, modern design and easy functionality. We have a template that is mostly finished which the website must implement itself into. 1. The app will convert uploaded file to a PDF 2. The user selects options, and this is used to modify the PDF and calculate other data 3. The app will generate a cover sheet for the file based on the options chosen by the user 4. The app will attach the cover sheet to the uploaded document and convert into PDF with appropriate settings 5. The app will place the finished PDF it into a specific folder depending on user's settings, and record the transaction to the database There are also some other very minor functions to do with user accounts required. More details of the project are available including flow charts of the process and wire frames. Web application should be written in PHP. You will be required to have knowledge of PDF libraries, simple payment and database experience. The website must include: - Paypal integration for payments - Admin panel for overviews and settings, etc Other features or aspects of the website/app may be requested within the project. We are looking for an individual or a team who will commit time and effort into this project and delivery excellence in all aspects, also delivery outstanding communications whether written or oral.
