I am looking for someone to work from a basic design brief to create a website with the following features: 1) Company / Product Profile website. 2) Support for multiple languages (e.g. each page can be shown in one of three languages: English, Thai & Vietnamese) 3) Ability to work closely with our designer to create website theme / templates. 4) Highly skilled in CSS / template design. 5) Site to utilize a standard CMS open source package (e.g. Joomla, wordpress, etc) 6) Site to provide online ecommerce support with integration to Paypal Additional feature requirements available on request Preference will be given to those applications from professionals with a portfolio of projects utilizing standard open source CMS / ecommerce solutions.
