Build a Website - Edits to Website Home Page

I have a website which is currently being built, i need some big edits done to the home page, need adspaces put in amongst various other things. This will be for Adsense and for a banner rotator which I have purchased. The theme which all this needs to happen on can be found here: [login to view URL] I could easily choose another theme but I honestly love this theme, and all need these edits done which editing any core files so I am able to update my theme throughout. I expect all the changes to be done within 2 days time, so today and tomorrow. The sooner the better, I am not looking at working with someone who will promise me one thing, and then not finish it for days, then weeks and then more time. Please include the work avery in your messages to me. Also i will create 25% of the milestone and will not create or release the entire milestone until completion so do not ask for this. If you agree to all my terms then bid, if you do not keep walking. Also if you copy and paste me any message you will be ignored.
