The landing page I would like recreated is here: [login to view URL] I can send you all of the image files necessary. The form must be able to link to my GetResponse account. There is a chance I change my autoresponder service to Aweber so I would like the page to be compatible with them also. The landing page on the link you see above is NOT mobile friendly.
