Android Front End Development. Design/creativity, Bitcoin?

I have an App under development now. There are 4 main activities. I am looking for a front end designer who can take my artwork and theme and make a great feel of an app. This app is going to be an offline KIOSK. All resources must be stored locally and speed and responsiveness is huge. Our target platform is 4.0+ Android, testing on development has been done on a nexus 7. NO FUNCTIONALITY needs to be made or added. The app is already functional and just empty activities and wire txt+input. This is a front end job and GitHUB is REQUIRED. Im looking for a hungry developer that can devote a lot of time to working quickly. I have a lot to do and a lot of milestones to set, will defiantly be continued work to those can handle a lot of tasks thrown at them. also, this is a Bitcoin themed project. Any knowledge, interest, or willingness to use Bitcoin is not needed but a big plus :)
