Logo Needed

Need a logo for a start up.. Require all layers, psd, ai, png. The project is needed fast. Low quality samples included with bid; winner will be selected and payment after transfer of high quality images. MY EXPECTATIONS FROM YOUR SIDE 1) You must have excellent portfolio. 2) You must provide credentials so I can verify. 3) Well reputed Freelancer.com profile. 4) Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills. 5) Send me layered Photoshop files on completion of the project. 6) You must have good communication skills and speak english. 7) All IP will be transferred to me on completion of the project and you will not display the projects on your websites because these are white label projects. MY WORKING CONDITIONS: 1) As I have been let down by freelancers in the past, I would not pay any upfront money nor do escrow. Company name is nVentive Solutions. It's a consulting firm.
