Design some Icons - 3 Cartoons

I need someone to take 3 pictures which I have off the internet. They are just faceshots with shoulders, and make them into cartoon like images. I need these quickly and preferably within the hour. I am not asking for something major, I will show you some samples. Please do not bid on this project if you cannot do this, and cannot show me examples of cartoonish photos which you have done. I can easily get this done in fiver for 5 dollars each. But I would like these today, and quickly. Total budget is $25.00 USD including freelancer fees if you bid more then 1 day or more then the budget please do not bid. Thanks.
