Apparel and Logo Design

I am working on a concept to start a clothing line for customers in the south eastern United States interesting in the outdoors. The company name is Woods & Waves Apparel and I am looking to have a logo created for "patch" embroidery similar to the Lacoste of Vineyard Vines logos to be used on polo shirts and other clothing items. The logo I have in mind is a male mallard duck in flight. It is vitally important that the logo not have too much detail so that it can be embroidered in a 1 inch by 1 inch pattern. Because it is to be used for embroidery the art cannot have any shading and must use less than 6 colors (green, brown, white, black, yellow?) This project should not take more than 3 hours. I have attached a picture that would be great to turn into the logo. If you do great work there is potential for more work and partnering in the venture. Thanks, Steve
