Database search and Google Maps Integration

Hi, I require the facility for sellers to login to my site, fill out 5-10 fields of information(Name, Contact Details, Size(of product) type (of product) Opening Hours etc, but most importantly location) This location must be integrated with google maps, ie allowing user to pinpoint exactly where on google maps they are located. This data is then to be stored in a datafile/ XML etc. When a buyer logs onto the site, I wish for them to be able to search through the fileds provided by the seller to find their match, searching either on field, or multiple fields, with their final selections displayed on google maps as locations. Ideally, the buyers selections would be updated dynamically using AJAX or Spry or similar (as per example http://tv.adobe.com/#pd+Photoshop as per this example rather than a box with the link to the video it would display the fields as mentioned above, styled through CSS) Using a google maps API or similar the buyer would then click on the sellers location and as per google maps would get directions to the seller. This setup would be hosted on my own server. The design surrounding this setup would be done by myself using PS,AI and DW I would like to use JQuery or Spry for the search feature to include sliders for the size of product etc. There may be other fields but if you can do the above there would not be too much more! Having a flair for styling and graphic design to make this whole process look more appealing would be a huge advantage. If it was feasible to be able to make this project mobile friendly that would be an added bonus but at this time is not the main priority.
