Create DVD Covers - Ongoing Work

We are currently seeking a designer who has skills in Photoshop and InDesign to create DVD covers for our constantly growing range of titles. It will be up to the designer to come up with the design and then output it into a format for printing using InDesign. Currently we're creating between 10 and 20 covers per month and we pay $120 for each design. The application should be fully conversant with Photoshop and understand how to output to print using InDesign, a strong artistic element is also required as we expect designers to be able to create suitable designs with very little input. I would expect the successful applicant to have at least 5 years commercial experience with Photoshop and InDesign. To give an idea of the format we're looking for I've included below a link in jpeg format to a front cover: [login to view URL] and a full PDF version of a different product can be downloaded from here : [login to view URL] Under the terms of seeking professionals for ongoing work via this site we are not able to request that people wishing to be successful and secure continued work should submit custom examples, but some creative individuals who really can design and create to the standards we're looking for may take it upon themselves to create a smaller mock-up of the already existing [login to view URL] using watermarked images of course we would not discourage this at all and I'll leave it to your imagination if this would increase the probability of you being successful.
