Hello! First of all, I'm not a bot :) I figure this is important, considering I always see the same "people" applying to all projects.
I have seen the video you provided and i think it's a really great project. And since Thinkfuse has been acquired, i think there's market to run a business like that too.
You mentioned "scrum" and I think this is great, because a project like that can take some time to finish and being agile means that you can deliver updates constantly and adjust the focus when you need to.
From what I saw, the primary focus should be the status report page. This is where the value really is. I don't think that the demonstration the guy gave about searching for an engineer or stuff like that is adding huge value to the business. The real deal is the status report page. I think this project should be implemented like this:
-setup the project (set up a basic infrastructure for DB, logs, API)
-create the status report page behaviour (without saving anything)
-fulfill the status report page needs (DB tables, classes, etc)
-notify project subscribers about new status report
-user login/registration/lost password pages
-user homepage (where the user can see the project he or she is following)
-search projects page
-app homepage
With this, you will have an working MVP and you can iterate on the project based on metrics and user reviews.
This is how I would do this project. I hope you think it's a good idea and we can talk more about it! :)
Thanks!
