Brasserie opening next year, need website, graphic design, a concept. It will be located in an old mansion with high ceilings, walls are painted with chalc, tables will be oak. So it's classic chique but at the other hand i want it to have young fresh and colourfull details(you enter and have a warm feeling imediately)! Food will be all home made and fresh, not heavy (no creams and lot's of butter), top quality for reasonable prices between 14 and 27 euro's a dish. There will also be some tapa's involved.
