BROCHURE NEEDED ASAP!

I am in current need of a quality graphic designer, This person know illustrator, photoshop, creative skills and how to prepare quality booklets or brochures that will be sent to a printing company! LET ME KNOW YOUR OPTIONS OR IDEAS OF WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING WILL LOOK BEST FOR THIS PROJECT! We have some great ideas of what we want but it will be up to you to design something similar and make it look appealing you may view the file samples we have at [login to view URL] I have attached the style we are looking for.. this will be used for both tradeshows and for mailing to our clients.. The goal is to create something really nice to be printed that will use these photos at this link… [login to view URL] I have attached all photos within the [login to view URL] that you will need. We are also planning on having something nice email template with the same theme as the brochure.. so maybe we can use it as both but it should not be major concern for right now… the most important fact is to have the brochure together in the style that we like.. I will work closely with you in this project.. .. we really would like to use only the six photos on the email newsletters since we think it is the nicest but you tell us if you see some other better combo of photos so i have sent a link to all the photos.. we must mention the company info that you will see at [login to view URL] the goal is to get people interested and have them call to rent this property.. we will have very lil text about the property! We will mostly sell this property on how beautiful it is… it will either be a 3 fold or a single page nicely laid out into a template.. this template might need to be interchange with other photos down the road.
