I have created many emails for my clients with Mail Chimp. I can make it responsive to fit mobile, tablet and computers as well as make it work for all providers (I have a tool that checks for bad coding practices and updates the rules everyday from google, hotmail, yahoo, etc.). I offer unlimited design revisions of course.

Responsive design for an email template is a bad idea. It is recommended that you used fixed width templates for the same to ensure maximum compatibility. I have checked the sample and we can get something similar and designed to match your colour scheme and website. I would use a standard mailchimp template and make customizations on the same to ensure all the basic rules are followed and to ensure maximum browser, email client compatibility.
