Hi There, My name is Darren Rea. I have ten years experience producing music and sound designing and have experience both on stage and in studio as well as working with high-grade recording and instrument/design software, allowing me also to work with a vast majority of other instruments and tones/sounds/effects. I have completed both the BaMus and BMus degrees from University College Cork within four years and received the Donal "Doc" Gleeson Award for performance during my time there. I have studied a wide variety of styles and genres such as pop, rock, jazz, easy listening, folk, funk, etc, as well as sound design, working with others from all around the world. Also in my time in UCC, I studied sound engineering, studio and live which allows me to record from home and get high quality resulting material. But these are just words, so head over to my profile and check out some of my work. I'd recommend listening to "CCI (Sample)", "Gamelan Creep (Sample)" and "Moaners Sample)". I know they may not be exactly what you're looking for, however these are only samples. Most of the songs on my profile were catered to specific requests by previous clients and leftover (before mixing and mastering) hence the variety. However it does mean that I can cater the sound to how you exactly want it. I should mention that the time period is only a guide.
