Im looking for someone to design 1 or 2 flash banners. Please send me references and delivery time. File size restriction for each banner is 50 kb. Accepted formats: jpg, gif and basic flash A backup jpg/gif is required for all flash banners File size restriction 50 kb No misleading functionality No audio or video No streeming material Flash-banner maximum framerate no higher than 18 fps Animation can loop for a maximum of 30 seconds and then come to a complete stop A graphical ad element must include the name and logo of the advertiser Animation must be subtle; no aggressive blinking or other disturbing effects The ad must be clickable and trackable.
