convert my (1) .mov and (9) .wmv movies to flash

I have 1 video I want to use as the initial video on: [login to view URL] (its the first movie that loads.) Only I am having some trouble with the sound (it is cutting off half way through, but dosent on the .mov file) Second I need the 9 .wmv videos to be embeded on the bottom of the page just like the testimonials on: [login to view URL] I want them to look and work the exact same way they do on that site. If you cannot make .wmv movies look and work exactly like they do on:[login to view URL] then please do not bid as that is the level adn quality of work that I am looking for. Please provide a link to something very simmilar you have done if you want to be selected. this is an urgent project so I wll not accept someone who takes more than 24 hours to complete this project. If you can do this project right now, then put right now in your bid and if you meet the other requirements, we can knock this out within the next 2 hours.
