Clone of wedding planner website

Clone required of [login to view URL], preferably utilising .net / ajax technology for speed and security while enhancing the site with additional features and improved usability. This is essentially a CMS system that customers use to create their own wedding website from a selection of designs, layouts and navigation/planning options. There will be some design work for the website, customer templates and CMS area. Also basic flash intros for the customer websites. Looking for a more modern look and feel for the designs. Layout to be coded in CSS / XHTML. Full requirements on request. Will only consider bids from providers who have experience of large web projects, particulary CMS based applications and can show examples of this type of work.
