Design a promotional ballot box. EASY

The winner of this project will have to design a printable template for a promotional ballot box. The box is 10 1/8 inches width x 9 1/2 inches height x 10 1/4 inches deep. There is a removable header that is 9 3/4 inches width x 10 1/4 inches height. There is an entry slot for people to put business cards that is 6" wide and 1/2" wide. Provident Bank and TransFirst companies have partnered together to help business clients save money on their credit card transactions. The design should reflect the styles of both companies. Lower your discount rate for Visa and MasterCard Reduce your transaction fees Reduce risk Expand your customer base Create Mobility" Instructions should be on the top of the box and should include: "Place your business card in the slot or call" Name Phone Fax Email If you are creative and experienced this project should take a couple of hours.
