Create 3D Model of a Mouse

This is probably an unusual request but I am hoping that someone will be able to do this job for me. Attached with this project are two files with pictures of a mouse, which I would like to be created as a 3D model. The drawings were created by my son, who passed away very suddenly just 6 weeks ago, so I would like to do something positive with his drawings and use them in a website which I will get made in his memory. The first place I would like to use the mouse is as a tutor for a Computer Programming Tutorial that I am going to create myself. I would like the mouse to be able to move its arms and legs, maybe twitch its whiskers, wiggle its nose, roll its eyes etc I don't know anything about Flash or actionscript at all but I would love to learn so if you are good at flash and happy to teach me, then we can do that as a separate project. I can write code in VB.NET and C# so I am able to pick up most things pretty quickly. As I would like to add voice to the mouse, and given I am a female, the mouse should perhaps be female and will have the initials D J, after my son. I haven't decided on a name for the mouse but am thinking along the lines of Dora-Jay. I would like to start on this project as soon as possible. This will be a project which is done in several parts but I will start off small as that allows me the opportunity to work with the successful bidder and get to know him/her before committing to more work. David, my son, was severely visually impaired, and I didn't actually know that he could draw as good as he could. He could only draw in one dimension so you will need to be gifted enough to be able to create the rest of the mouse, using the drawings as a guide. The facial expressions will be the most important aspect I want to retain. Please ask for clarification if I have not explained anything clearly enough.
