Convert Trading Indicators and EAs to Excel Logic

We are looking for a low cost onshore or offshore consultant to do the following: 1. Convert trading indicators and trading strategies to Excel logic (spreadsheet formulas) 2. Use our proprietary spreadsheet application including custom functions, real-time data capabilities, and other features to create spreadsheets for automated trading 3. Receive MetaTrader code for Expert Advisors ("EAs" which are automated trading programs) and convert this to spreadsheet logic 4. Convert trading indicators in Excel (such as from [login to view URL]) into automated trading strategies in our spreadsheet application, including adding the order entry logic and testing to make sure they work 5. Convert articles detailing trading strategies and trading indicators into spreadsheet logic Consultant must have the following capabilities: 1. Read/write English well 2. Good Excel or other spreadsheet skills (no need to be a power user) 3. Understand trading logic and basic trading concepts and market data (no need to be a trading expert) No need to be a complete Excel expert or a full blown application developer or have advanced math skills, but must understand scripting and basic programming concepts and basic algebra. Must be capable of understanding MetaTrader code (proprietary language of a software vendor, but fairly basic and well documented).
