Chinese Social Media Marketer Needed

Hello Freelancers, We are in need of a qualified Chinese social media expert who can promote a new emoji app that will soon be available on the App Store to the Chinese marketplace, specifically. Experience in Weibo marketing highly preferred. We will provide all visual graphic design assets that we would like to use in the promotion, as well as written content in English to be translated to Chinese. This app will be free and integrates into the iPhone keyboard. Our goal will be to drive as much traffic as we can to the App Store link we will provide. Freelancer will provide us a basic social media strategy for the Chinese market, set up a Weibo account, and will create 10 posts.
