Hello! I think you should use the right tool for the right task. Excel is not meant for such job (though one could create an ugly solution with that). I can create a specific web based (or desktop based) solution for you that will perform seamlessly and that can be easily extendable. If you insist on the ugly Excel solution, I can make it less ugly for you!
