Create an email list of 900 museum contacts

Fill in an excel spreadsheet with the email contact info for a total of up to 900 contacts at about 100 museums in the northeast, mostly NYC. You start with an excel file listing the museums, a web page listing them in about the same order (with clickable URL and phone number), and a pdf file that has 80% of the museums with the employee names and titles that I need. I've printed out the pdf and put an x next to each employee for which I need the email address. You need to call the museums to find out their email convention to get the email addresses of these employees. There are about 25 museums where I need the all the contact info for the employees who are responsible for concerts, lectures, special events, family programs, education, visitor services, development, membership, exhibitions. Only 5 fields needed for each contact: first name, last name, email address, Website URL, Job title and for 80% I have that info except the email address in a pdf file.
