I have a standardized report that I would like to automate by linking data from a spreadsheet. So for example, if in my Excel spreadsheet, there is a field for LAST NAME, I want to link it to a Word document where it automatically populates the report as needed with the person's last name. If the person is Male, I want the report to automatically populate with the title Mr. as needed. I would like to also have drop-down menus to automatically populate my report with common responses. Please contact me if this sounds like something you can do. If Visual Basic and Excel are not the best programs to use, I am open to your suggestions

Sounds fairly straight forward. Unless you really need to use Word you could likely have the form letters printed from Excel. It doesn't make a difference to me. I am proficient with Excel including VBA and userforms as well as Word. Thanks.
