I am not sure of what you want to design but I have worked with many different types of structures in the past and I see myself as an inventor over being a engineer so I feel confident that I could probably design whatever you need in a few days. If I can't, I will tell you up front if it is more complex than I feel comfortable with. The manufacturing will be the hardest part but I have worked with a few vendors in the past that can get things done pretty quickly. If you need something 3D printed our made of sheet metal, I can make sure that you get it in 30 days but other materials or processes might take more time.
