Build a website function php

I have a website is its designed in html and css. it needs to have a main function, the main function is for it to search the web for news about Afghanistan, on the most popular news sites like bbc, cnn, sky, aljazeera, newyork times, independent, daily telegraph. It will present these articles in an order, the newest on top, it will search for these articles every day at a certain time, and bring all the articles to the site. You can use open source software, it will show the title and a small summary of the article, and a link to the actual site. the login and registration also needs to work, but i can pay extra for that if i am happy with your work. it needs to match the design of the site
