Commercial Construction Estimators Needed - repost

Im looking for a freelance Construction cost estimator, Someone who can take PDF drawings and do takeoff's and give me something to submit to the General Contractor or to the tenant. Ill get the leads you produce the quotes. Im looking for someone who can be with the company a little longer say long term. Most jobs are under 5000 sqft and include everything from home remodeling to commercial construction. please provide a work history your estimation methods hour pay schedule and rate information
