Design Accommodation provider page

Design a website for an association of approx 20 accommodation providers. Each provider has there own website that will be linked from this group. The site requires a main page, with a listing of providers showing a picture of each & a brief description, which will in turn link to a templated referal page for each provider. A map page is also required displaying the location of each provider. The site requires a CMS for easy access by each provider to make changes to thier individual referal page. The site must contain searchable options for each provider, eg. properties that have a pool, BBQ, number of bedrooms etc.... A page for newsletter or Blog is also required, & RSS feed for continuous updating. The site must be SEO optimised, and have analytics reporting for SEM.
