Calling Arbitrary DLL Functions from Delphi XE2

We have some code which calls any arbitrary WIN32 DLL function from a Delphi based scripting language. This code is written in Delphi 2007. There is also a simple example attached on how to call a Windows API. Please upgrade this code to work on Delphi XE2 with Unicode support. We should be able to call any DLL with any combination of parameters and parameter data types exactly as it works right now. While it is not shown in the example, our larger code which calls this code also supports r etrieving modified values passed in function parameters; this should also remain working. The necessary parts which execute this functionality are in the example already. An example for such a Windows API would be GetCurrentDirectory in kernel32.dll. I do not like initial mile stone payment due to my bad experiences at my latest project. Please DO NOT offer initial MS payment.
