I would like (for a small budget) an arabic keyboard software, like http://clavierarabe.co. The yamli transliteration is not requierd. Just virtual arabic keyboard, that allows searchs and google translation. Ideally the software will be done with Delphi 2009 with standard components. -I will have all the rights of the software, and 100% of the source code that should be compillable in my computer.
