Analyze some Data

Analysing EEG data with MATLAB. With an experiment including 30 subjects, 18 neutral 18 pleasent and 18 unpleasent photographs have been shown to each of the subjects with 6 sec gaps in 5 different frequences (alpha, theta, delta, gamma, beta) and eeg data collected with 16 channels. Each features have been extracted with different methods(wavelet energy, wavelet entropy, cross wavelet). I d like to take the statistical analyse emotion versus channel band and be able to say which frequency band and which electrode pair we can observe the most change.
