Data Entry for Website

I am creating a website that needs a lot of content to be manually inserted from a spreadsheet. My website will have 81x products. Each product has about 30x rows of information to be inserted. Each row is made up of 2x fields (left hand side, right hand side). The attached Powerpoint clearly explains step by step what is to be done. The winning bidder will be given the reference spreadsheet (from which the data is to be sourced) and a login & password for the website to enable them to insert the information. The Powerpoint is self explanatory. It will give the data entry person enough information to do a quote that is informed.
