I have contact database in an Excel spreadsheet that needs to be cleaned and formatted so it is consistent throughout the list. There is a total of about 9400 names. I have attached before and after samples to give an indication of what needs to be changed.
To make it absolutely clear, the main fields that need to be formatted are:
1. Phone number - Change to XX XXXX XXXX (correct spaces, no brackets, area code added if not there)
2. Fax number - As above, change to XX XXXX XXXX
3. Mobile - Change to XXXX XXX XXX format.
4. Website - Change to [login to view URL] (remove http:// etc.)
5. Principal - Split this into First and Last as per After sample attached, remove the title (eg. Mr)
