Add information from multiple pdfs to an excel

I got around 1700 pdf files. In the right corner on around 2/3 of them there is a B printed. on the files where there is a B this should be added to an excel file. See attached file for instruction. The excel file contains all filenames in the same order as the modified date is on the files. So it is possible to follow them by order. Delivery on sunday evening needed
