We need to identify which of our call center agents need more training.
We need individuals to help call into our call center and pretend to be interested customers.
You will ask important questions that our agents should easily be able to answer.
The calls should last no more than 5 minutes or so.
Each call is recorded and we will go over each call with the agent to show them what training they need to complete.
