Odds web scrapper

I am looking for an extractor of soccer odds data (possibly oddsportal). The implementation should be done in Python (source code fully compatible with version 2.7). I need the opening and closing odds (full-time) from pinnacle, sbo, ibc for all soccer matches starting from 2013. The best way to do this is scrape the odds from odds portal I believe, but that will be up to you. The output format should be in csv.
