Data entry for video download site

I run a video archive (mp4, mov, etc) download site and am looking for someone help me manage the content on the site. Currently, I have about 200-300 new videos that I need to add to the 'system', which is a custom CMS that I have built, and is very simple. I need your help with: - Looking at the video to determine what the title and category is (not in all cases) - In the CMS, enter the title, category, and short description (the description is maybe 200 words and can be copy/pasted from the internet, but needs to be qualty and good english) - Screen grab a frame of the video and using my template (.psd) save a jpg file for each video, name it correctly (based on the move ID#, and upload it via ftp). This will involve downloading the videos from my ftp site so you can watch and preview the videos, as well as take a screen grab (at 200+ videos this will likely be 50-100GB+ which you can just download over night, etc), and taking the time to get good screengrabs for each video. Budget is very low on this, and good quality, low bids, will likely get accepted, and selected for lots of ongoing work!
