Data Mining - Find direct phone numbers and email addresses - repost

I have a spreadsheet with 300 people on it from different US school districts. The district name, person's name, title and general phone number are on the spreadsheet. I need the direct phone number and direct email address for each of the 300 people. The job entails searching the web for the correct information and entering it on the spreadsheet. I will pay in full when the job is complete (no payment or milestone before complete). If interested, please leave a message on the PMB asking for the sample. I will send a sample spreadsheet and ask you to do five lines so I know you can do this project. Thanks, David
