Convert a list of 300-400 Names to a database

I have a list of around 300-400 people who need to have a username and password, and their name stored in a database. The database is a membership site, and your task will be to use the web based software to enter their details into the system, and to define there status in the membership. The database is a membership site, and your task will be to use the web based software to enter their details into the system, and to define their status in the membership (e.g. free access, or paid access). This is a very easy job. You will be given a list of people with First and last name, Membership join date, And you will need to select the relevant type of membership for each person on the list. You will be given clear instructions on how to select the type of membership (which you will be able to do by viewing each persons details in the list given to you). This is an easy once off job for the right person, and think it would only take a maximum of a few hours to complete (or even less). The list will be supplied in html, and viewable on your browser, so you can cut and paste directly off the page (or you could perhaps copy the html code, whichever is easy for you). You would need to be available to complete this job very early in the week beginning 28th July.
