I have a list of companies that I need you to lookup via a query on a particular public database. You will need to enter: 1. The name to lookup (I will provide in an excel file) 2. A date (I will provide the date to lookup) The query will return a result. 1. Sometimes it is a single result, in which case you will put this date into a excel file, each data point per field. 2. Sometimes it is multiple results, in which case you will put each record into separate rows within the excel file. There are approximately 2,000 records I will have you lookup. I anticipate 90% of them are in the public database and will have results. You can do this in an automated fashion or manually. I will have a large quantity of this work to do later if we are successful. Please look at the attached file and visit the site and see how it works and reference this in your bid or I will not consider you.

sir i checked the pdf as well as the website and it gives me two option to search one by name and number search I choose name search and took this name - 21ST CENTURY ONCOLOGY OF NEW JERSEY, INC and date is - 06/27/2014 then i click on begin search, it gives me total 8 result found and when i click on the each 8 name it gives me other data with different fields.
