DATAbase Management

We are a call center that has over 50 million customer names, addresses, and phone numbers. We need a simple database that can store these numbers, and sort them by area code, zip code, state, time zone etc.... Also we need to build in a module that can scrub this list against the Federal Do Not Call list. The federal list has over 50 million numbers on it as well. So we will need to upload the federal list and run it against our list in the database. All numbers that match need to be pulled from our list. Also, when we purchase new leads we need to run them against our existing list and remove any duplicates. I also need help selecting the hardware and software to run the database.
