Copy for a Mail Shot letter

we are a web design company and intend to run a mail drop letter to local companies (see attached for industry list) to promote our reseller scheme. The reseller scheme will pay individuals and/ or companies a commission for recommending our company (if their recommendation turns into an order). We are running 2 different options Option 1 This can be a passive income i.e. if they come across clients during their business that require web development services, they can simply recommend us and pass the clients details for us to contact the client. We will then pay 10% on the full order value if this lead is converted into a sale. Option 2 They can advertise web development services under their own name and subcontract the work to us, charging their own mark up. (Some of these companies may already be advertising web design services and actually doing the work themselves or subcontracting, in which case we can provide them with a comparable quote).
