While we are primarily looking for article writing, knowledge of SEO is a plus but not at all necessary. Knowledge of finance topics is significantly more important. We are seeking either individual writers or companies to write articles for our mortgage marketing business here in the US. The ultimate goal is that they will learn the products so well that we will be able to offer the best performers contracts as full loan officers of the company within 3 to 6 months. So it is Writing which is designed to evolve into Loan Officer (High End Mortgage Services) work. Depending on sample quality, partial advance payment may be considered. We specialize in Option ARM and Hybrid Option ARM mortgages targeting borrowers with credit scores of 620 and above in the state of California as well as most East Coast states. These loans carry introductory and/or long term rates starting at 1%. We want to bolster our online content for our websites by employing talented writers or teams in any country capable of generating a minimum of 5 informative articles of 500 to 2000 words each per week to a maximum of 500 per week about Option ARM mortgages. Articles are submitted through an online form to editors in the US, or in special cases via email. While periodic training in the form of product updates and refernce articles shall be provided as editorial and educational direction, applicants are expected to be capable from the outset.
