Article On Domaining

Hello, I am seeking for a person to right part 1 of an article for the topic of "What is domaining?" This person should be familiar with the domaining world and understand the concepts which are involved within it. I would expect part 1 to talk about the History of Domaining and how it has eveolved into an industry. This article should be around 800 words.
