Direct Response Marketing

We are a Labour Hire/ Job placement company, we supply people at an hourly rate to vacant positions in the mining industry asset management/maintenence predominantly. The people we hire; The type of person we are trying to hire is a maintenance planner/scheduler, engineer, tech writer, document controller, tradespersons, materials management(storepersons), etc. It is necessary for these people to have a small amount of experience with any type Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP, etc) The people we market to; Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Superintendents, Warehouse Managers/Superintendants. Direct response is asking for exactly that, I want a direct response from the reader to the marketing. To get a direct response you need to use a formula in the marketing (below). 1, explain the problem, (expose the pain) 2, aggravate the pain, (tell them just how badly they need help) 3, offer to solve the pain, (tell them we can help) 4, prove that we can solve the pain, (proof being we have positions vacant/people available right now) 5, call for action, (contact/sign up with MDS right now) 1, explain the problem, expose the pain :employee eg - you are not getting paid enough money right now! :employer eg - you need the right person in that position! 2, aggravate the pain :employee eg - Your freind is doing the same job, getting more money. :employer eg - Under qualified personnel will cost you money, keep you awake at night 3, offer to solve the pain :employee eg - MDS has a role for you that pays more and MDS has a system that will help you generate more cash for doing no more work... :employer eg - MDS has people waiting to fill your empty positions... 4, prove that we can solve the pain :employee eg - MDS have open positions right now that will pay top dollar. :employer eg - MDS have filled many roles in the past 5, call for action :employee eg - Click this link, sign up as an affiliate, register your interest in working for MDS :employer eg - Call MDS right now, send an email to MDS right now. So I have given a couple of quick examples of email letters, one each for the employee letter and one each for the employer letter. I need 2 versions of the employee letter and 2 versions of the employer letter. I also need ongoing advice and assistance with developing a facebook and linkedin site for my business, plus ongoing marketing help. This will be an ongoing, adhoc contract.
