Copywriting - PDF to Word - Urgent

This project is to transcribe 2 PDF files (73 PAGES AND 79 PAGES - TOTAL PAGES FOR BOTH FILES: 152) to a Word file. The PDF files have been scanned. The output FORMAT will change from the scenned version. Please see attached 4 files. 2 files are the scanned data and 2 files are the output layouts. Additionally, you are required to proof-read the output file and ensure there are no mistakes when transcribed. We prefer someone to use OCR to import the data into word and then make the formatting changes. Therefore all bidders must be very good with MS Word. Specific Intstructions: 1. Each word, full stop (.) and comma (,) should only have 1 space after it. 2. Page settings on word should be A4 3. There should be no number on the title page THIS IS VERY URGENT WORK. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1. PENALTY FOR LATE WORK - 10% OF BID PER DAY 2. MISTAKES - $0.10 PER MISTAKE WHILST WE APPRECIATE THAT THESE ARE HIGH PENALTIES, WE HAVE COME ACROSS A NUMBER OF GAF PROVIDERS WHO HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER. THEY WILL LIE STRAIGHT UP TO GET THE PROJECT AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER.
